One year since the announcement of the merger of two of Australia’s most respected not-for-profit providers, RSL Care & RDNS has released its first Year in Review.
Chief Executive Officer Stephen Muggleton said 2016 had been a historic year for the organisation, which had continued to grow and change to meet customer’s needs with high quality, innovative and responsive services.
“In 2015-2016, our teams around Australia, New Zealand and China came together with a vision to create one trusted organisation with the capacity to deliver more health and wellbeing services for more people across a diverse social spectrum,” he said.
“In working to achieve this goal we have built on more than 200 years of combined experience in providing exceptional customer service and compassionate support, promoting wellbeing and independence for our customers and the broader community.
“Our customers remain our focus as we create responsive services that will provide whole of life care and meet their needs now and into the future. Their story is our story.”
Highlights of the merged organisation this year include:
Chairman Pat McIntosh said RSL Care RDNS had built a solid foundation for sustainable future growth and would continue to innovate with responsive health and wellbeing services and built-form solutions that supported people to live life to the full.
