Bethanie Relocates to Workzone, Perth CBD

Bethanie, one of Western Australia’s most well known not-for-profit aged care and retirement living providers, has relocated its central services to the Workzone Building located at 202 Pier Street, Perth. 

Previously located at 216 Stirling Highway, Claremont, Bethanie outgrew the existing building and secured a centrally located space with updated facilities in Perth’s CBD.

The new office space named ‘Bethanie on Pier’ will provide Bethanie with better financial conditions and increased public access, allowing its central services to further support the 26 sites currently operating across Western Australia. Bethanie CEO Chris How said the move to Bethanie on Pier is about expanding the organisation to respond to WA’s growing aged care needs.

“At Bethanie we are a mission-based organisation; we are all about making sure we can provide more accommodation for the state of WA,” said Chris.  

“Our mission says we have to do that and in order to do that we have to grow. Bethanie on Pier will allow us the opportunity to expand internally, and in turn expanding externally to meet the needs of over-55s.”

“The new space at Bethanie on Pier is a provider of our central services rather than a head office and just like the values we implement with our residents, we have chosen this open-plan office to encourage sociability, engagement and warmth amongst our staff,” Chris continued.
