Employment boost for Toronto

on Thursday, April 14, 2016

At a time when many local businesses are experiencing a downturn, Anglican Care is bucking the trend when it comes to employment and growth.

A recruitment campaign for over 40 new jobs is now underway to staff the brand new Anglican Care aged care home, Kilpatrick Court at Toronto.

Opening in June 2016, Kilpatrick Court will accommodate 147 people and cater for a variety of differing needs, including dementia specific care and respite care.

Full time, part time, and casual employment opportunities are on offer for a range of positions encompassing nursing, lifestyle and wellbeing, hospitality and maintenance.

Anglican Care’s CEO, Colin Osborne says, “we’re looking for dedicated professionals to work within a values based environment, providing excellent care and enhanced lifestyles for our Kilpatrick Court residents”.

“This is an exciting opportunity for individuals wanting to advance their career in the aged care industry, it’s also a real boost for the people of Toronto and Westlakes looking for work in the local area ”, said  Mr Osborne.

Kilpatrick Court has been named in honour of Mr John Kilpatrick, AM in recognition of his 45 year history with Anglican Care and his dedication to the needs of the aged in the community.
