BlueCross Opens State-of-the-Art Aged Care Hub

The aged care hub features seven light-filled residential wings over four floors. Each boasts its own dining and lounge areas, while the numerous terraces, balconies and courtyards blur the line between outside and in.  

Residents can enjoy a well-stocked library with webcam fitted computers, a lounge bar for happy hour, a theatre, café, music lounge, men's shed and a hair and beauty salon.  

All bedrooms at Livingstone Gardens are single-share with private ensuite bathrooms, many with views over the Dandenong Ranges. There are also several suites available, complete with lounge room and kitchenette. 

To ensure each resident experiences the best possible care at Livingstone Gardens, a Residence Manager oversees a team of dedicated and qualified professionals, including a Clinical Care Coordinator, registered nurses and personal carers. 

STARlife Dementia Care 

The STARlife program is exclusive to BlueCross and is based on research in the area of dementia care and best practice models to improve the quality of life for people living with dementia. Livingstone Gardens specialises in dementia care and provides tailored programs in a secure environment within the residence. 

Day Respite Centre 

A dedicated on-site respite centre offers activities and therapy for older adults. The centre operates Monday to Friday and bookings can be made to suit the needs of individuals and their carers.
