Residential Aged Care: The Whiddon Group Extends Service in Narrabri

The Whiddon Group purchased Jessie Hunt Nursing from Domain Principal Group last Friday (March 1) in Narrabi.

Jessie Hunt Nursing Home was approved by the Department of Health & Ageing by March 1 for The Whiddon Group to become the approved provider.

“We are excited to be adding Jessie Hunt to our family of aged care facilities” said Lee-ann Irwin, CEO of The Whiddon Group.

“We are proud of our achievements and reputation in aged care and the addition of Jessie Hunt will complement our existing services in Narrabri. This is an exciting opportunity for The Whiddon Group to grow our relationship with the Narrabri community” she said.

The Whiddon Group is a not-for-profit organisation providing aged care in 18 locations throughout rural and remote NSW.

“The acquisition of Jessie Hunt adds to the range of services already provided by The Whiddon Group and supports the long term visibility of residential aged care in the Narrabri area” said Ms Irwin.
