New General Manager for Southern Cross Care WA

Southern Cross Care (WA) Inc. (SCC), one of the largest and leading aged care providers in WA today announced that Chief Property Officer, Ms Rita Sheridan has been promoted to General Manager of Property.

Ms Sheridan has managed the Projects and Asset Management team since 2007. She held the responsibility for the SCC Property portfolio which included developments, sales and asset management.

Errol Turner, Southern Cross Care CEO said, “I am pleased to announce that Rita Sheridan has been promoted to General Manager, Property. Rita has been a valuable member of the team and will be heading up has some substantial projects which will see a significant expansion in the scope of retirement village living options provided by Southern Cross Care.”

Ms Sheridan also effectively managed a $60m capital expansion program. She has been integral in the successful completion of an extensive capital expansion program from Broome to Collie, encompassing residential care facilities and senior’s accommodation villages.
