HammondCare Graduate Program Applications Open

Aged care provider HammondCare has opened applications for their 2014 Graduate RN program, which offers a choice of two 12 month rotational graduate programs for newly qualified Registered Nurses. The graduate program offers one program in aged care business and one in the health and hospitals business. The aged care program will consist of four rotations, with the first three rotations being in health and hospital’s business, home service and in dementia-specific residential service.

 

The graduate can then choose the fourth rotation and can choose whether to return to At Home or Residential Services.The Health and Hospital’s business program consists of two rotations in Palliative Care (across two hospitals), one rotation in Older Persons Mental Health and one in Rehabilitation.
