The two day workshop will run for two days from the 15th of November, with two key workshops offering a balance of practical information and discussion to provide lasting improvements in the quality of care for residents.
The first one-day workshop Foundations for Managing Risk in Aged Care will give participants a better understanding of risk management and how to adapt an effective risk management approach in your home.
The second workshop Making the Most of Complaints will equip participants with the knowledge and skills to develop a complaints management system.
This one-day workshop will focus on how an effective system can improve customer satisfaction and organisational improvement.
