Over 4.8 million Australians experience bladder or bowel problems, and many believe there is nothing they can do about it.
That’s why The Continence Institute and Caremunity are teaming up to host a free seminar on healthy bladder and bowel health.
According to the Institute, up to 13% of Australian men and up to 37% of Australian women are affected by bladder or bowel problems.
The seminar will teach participants about good nutrition which is essential for a healthy bladder and bowel plus an overview of bowel and bladder weaknesses and wellness tips to apply every day.
The event will take place at the Flinders Rural School of Medicine (Lecture Theatre) on Thursday, 27th of November from 9am-11am.
The seminar is free however participants will need to register before the 20th of November.
Registration and more details can be found at The Continence Institute’s website.
