The House of Saint Hilarion key features include:

- Multiple outdoor garden areas where residents and visitors can sit and talk in pleasant, colourful surroundings
- Day care centre close to entertaining and BBQ areas

- Well equipped kitchen that can cater for 300 people per sitting
- Dining room configured to enable small and personal sittings, yet large enough to accommodate larger social meals
- In-floor heating
- Bedrooms with electric beds and private en-suites
- Three clinics and treatment rooms
- Ample parking including 63 vehicle underground parking
- A community centre to encourage interaction between residents, families and the broader community. Also to provide a meeting point for Society and other community group forums.
Some of the principal functions of the Community Centre will be to:
- Provide social and emotional support to our residents, many of whom are at risk of suffering from isolation, depression etc.
- Create a fun, interactive environment where residents, family members, carers friends and volunteers come together to engage in a diverse range of activities, including games, musical performances, cooking demonstrations
- Encourage multiple generations of families and friends to come together at the same time
- Provide a forum for other community gatherings, including meetings and training facilities, in cooperation with the City of Charles Sturt and other local service providers.
