My mother is in high care at Craigcare Berwick. The staff are wonderful, caring and look after my mum with upmost respect, she has a private room which is always clean and smells fresh. There are plenty of activities to keep very one happy, my mum loves bingo on a Saturday afternoon. Craigcare Berwick feels like a home away from home I could not be happier with the care and respect that they give to my mum.
The development and implementation of CraigCare’s End of Life (EOL) Trajectory tool came about because it was identified through interactions with residents and collaboration with care and nursing staff that while the end stage palliative care given was excellent, the early identification of residents moving throughout the palliative trajectory was lacking.
