Aged Care and Retirement Options

Anglicare Canberra & Goulburn provides residential aged care to approximately 360 residents on any given day. In addition it provides support to some 80 older people at home through our Community Aged Care and Dementia Case Management services.
A further 350 people are also accommodated in 283 independent living units in our five Retirement Villages.

We offer a range of accommodation including residential care, independent living, community care, day centres, private nursing services and respite.

Anglicare provides beautiful retirement villas and units, and residential aged care facilities, in quiet rural settings. Away from the noise and rush of major cities our facilities are tucked away by lakes, the sea, in quiet suburbia and meandering countryside. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, the magic sounds of the bush and clean country air, residents in all our facilities can enjoy a safe and peaceful life.
We even offer very affordable holiday accommodation at a quiet and safe retirement setting on the coast for relatives visiting our residents there, and for our Canberra and Goulburn retirement residents to access.

In addition to a high level of care, our residents are offered a smorgasbord of amenities and services. Furnishings are modern and of a high standard. For those who like a busy life there are many activities provided each day. We also promote pet friendly options and are happy to discuss these options with you.

  • Spam Content: Please no spam. Reviews should be a genuine reflection of your experience with an aged care provider. Do not include promotional content or advertising in any form. Duplicate material will not be accepted.
  • Telephone Numbers and Web Links: To prevent adverts and spam, we do not permit phone numbers or web links.
  • Hate Speech: We do not allow reviews that advocate against people based on their ethnic origin, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or age.
  • Aged Care Reviews is not a complaints system. Reviews must be fair and reasonable. Any defamatory statements reflecting a personal experience that has not yet been taken up with the respective provider will not be accepted.
