Many of our residents require dementia specific care which
we are able to offer within a secure environment at
Glengarry, Horton House and Jamieson House.
Towards the end of 2005, significant investments were made
across the group; refurbishments were completed at each of
the hostels and improvements were made to the services
offered to residents.
Mission Statement
The Mission of Twilight Aged Care is to provide homes to men
and women who need care and to offer support to their
