Meet The Team

Paul Ferrier

Director of Nursing

Paul has had 32 years of nursing experience as a Registered Nurse. He spent the first 10 years of his career working at the Royal Children’s Hospital caring for sick children within a hospital setting and in family homes. He then gained an Advanced Degree in Paediatric Nursing Care in 1995 through the University of Melbourne and a Business Degree in 2005 through the University of Ballarat. Paul spent 22 years working at Monash Health, caring for children and their family, as well as the elderly in their homes. For the past 20 years Paul has been the Assistant Director of Nursing at Monash Health.
