We are an Approved Home Care Package and Registered NDIS Provider. We work collaboratively with clients and their family members to ensure their needs are met, relieving the stress and providing the reassurance that they are being well cared for in their own home environment.

Pearl Home Care packages are simple, flexible and affordable. We do not charge a basic daily fee from clients, staff travel fees, entry or exit fees. We care about our customers and ensure their money is spent on the services they need.

Faizal is a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with multiple years of experience in emergency, critical care, acute medical, palliative care, oncology and community nursing. He also has valuable experience in healthcare leadership and management roles. His extensive knowledge and skills enable Faizal to deliver a high quality client-centred nursing care.
Saj Kuriakose
Client Care Manager, Diabetes Educator & RN
Saj is an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurse with a wealth of clinical experience in acute medical and surgical nursing. Saj also is a Diabetes Educator able to provide clients with the education and support to help clients feel confident in managing their diabetes. He also has extensive leadership skills working as a Clinical Nurse Educator and After Hours Nurse Manager, being efficient, approachable and eager to help support and advocate for client’ safety. Saj has a strong commitment to ensuring clients receive the best possible care and enjoys interacting with clients and families to ensure all their needs are met.
Sani Abdulsalam
Clinical Care Coordinator & RN
Sani is an experienced Registered Nurse with a committed and approachable attitude towards the nursing profession. She is compassionate and diligent in making a positive difference to the lives of her clients, building therapeutic relationships with clients and their families. She brings to the team extensive experience in critical care, medical and cardiology nursing. Sani also has experience as a Clinical Nurse Educator, bringing to the team valuable clinical and leadership skills which she finds fulfilling and rewarding.

Therese is a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse with extensive experience in acute medical, cardiac and palliative care nursing. Therese has a friendly and approachable nature, always seeking to meet the needs of clients and families. Therese enjoys interacting with clients, paying attention to detail and ensuring clients are safe and comfortable.
