In most states around Australia, home help services are offered under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP). If you need a higher level of support in your home, you may be eligible to receive a Home Care Package.
All home help services are now offered under the Consumer Directed Care (CDC) model, which means you have more choice and flexibility when it comes to choosing your home help provider and the way your allocated funds are spent (if you receive financial assistance from the Government).
