“This is a remarkable achievement that all our staff are proud of. Lifeview staff are dedicated, committed and passionate people, who truly make a difference.

“It is one thing for a company and its leadership team to have a vision, but without amazing people to bring it to life, it will remain only a vision”, Gall added.

Lifeview was recognised for excellence in its provision of person-centred care, resident well-being and quality of life through best practice lifestyle programming.

Lifeview’s partnership with Alzheimer’s Australia Vic on the Virtual Forest project and industry leading LGBTI inclusion and development program were also recognised as key factor  in Lifeview taking out this award.

In addition to being awarded Large Provider of the Year, Lifeview also took home two further individual awards for excellence.
